Hey boo’s this is week 2 I am happy with my results
so I am continuing this journey.
I feel happy that I am consistent and I would love for you to join with me

I wear my trainers for 8 hours
I workout in my sweat band at the gym or at home 45-1hour
I am doing more ab focused movements in my workout routine
I am intermitted fasting 12-6:30 pm and trying to stay in a caloric deficit
I am eating mindfully with fruits and salads
I am putting in all efforts to make a beautiful change to my body

I do drink ACV at night occasionally
Other days I drink Key lime water to substitute the ACV
